Position Overview In this role, you will own strategic growth across key markets within a ~500-mile radius of Ohio, including Cincinnati and extending into Virginia, Kentucky, and Indianapolis. You will identify high-value partners, shape major project opportunities, and influence key players across the construction ecosystem—while collaborating closely with our technical, account management, and marketing teams to accelerate success.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic commercial growth for Veracity Electric across Ohio, Cincinnati, Virginia, Kentucky, Indianapolis, and surrounding regions
- Build brand awareness and strengthen Veracity Electric’s presence within the electrical, construction, and design communities
- Identify, acquire, and develop high-value partners such as electrical contractors, specialty contractors, general contractors, developers, and design-build firms
- Convert strategic relationships into consistent revenue streams, flagship projects, and long-term partnerships
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and project discussions with owners, engineers, general contractors, and key decision-makers
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments and drive opportunities from lead to close
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
- Experience working with specialty contractors in markets such as Kentucky and Indianapolis
- Strong understanding of the construction ecosystem, including electricians, general contractors, developers, and engineers
- Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, commercially compelling way
- Proven track record of developing and closing strategic accounts
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and building long-term relationships
- Based within the Midwest/East region and willing to travel regularly within the territory
